Fahyre Panhuis

Director of Operations
Fahyre is the Operations Director of Monarch Solar. She is a Certified PPP Professional (CP3P) and has over 10 years of consultancy experience in business development, process improvement and stakeholder management, overseeing the technical preparation of large-scale public-private partnership projects in urban redevelopment, transportation, sports, technology and culture. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil. In 2013, Fahyre concluded her PhD in Urban Studies at the University of Sheffield (UK) focusing on the application of the Public-Private Partnership model as a government finance strategy for capital-intensive infrastructure projects. She lives in Myrtle Beach and spends her free time with her two border collies.

Tre’ Capp

Solar Consultant
Tre’ Capp was born and raised in Myrtle Beach. He previously worked in Health and Fitness for 13 years as a Personal Trainer, eventually becoming a General Manager of a local gym. What Tre’ likes the most about working at Monarch is the team: “Everyone here works great together and it’s like a family.” His biggest accomplishments are his 2 boys, and his high school sweetheart wife, married for 10 years. Tre’s hobbies include the gym, golf and surfing.
